A pioneer in systematic Donor Recognition, Robin began this consulting firm more than two decades ago, basing her approach on the rigors of wayfinding and sign program development for architects and graphic designers. Through this work she realized three things – signs are communication tools, there is a need programmatic thinking about how donor recognition is presented, and telling compelling stories generates greater giving. Today she is a recognized thought-leader for Donor Recognition planning and design, heralding the importance of philanthropy as a core value to our society.

Anne Manner-McLarty, Vice President and Senior Creative Consultant
Anne fosters the “think before you thank” philosophy by focusing on recognition policy, procedures and consistent communication throughout various venues and media. Relying on twenty years of marketing and graphic design experience, she provides focused and original insight into the current theories of experiential and interactive marketing techniques as they apply to donor recognition.  She works with clients to define critical messaging objectives and design consistent, manageable methods for their delivery – from the quintessential “donor wall” to emergent digital media.
